The cost of running the spot on cable TV depends on a number of factors such as the area the spot is to run in, the time period, network, etc. A spot that runs on a tier 1 network in the
Southeast area on a 6am to midnight rotator (which means Comcast can run the ad anytime in that timeframe) will typically cost $12 per placement.
You can also target specific shows or narrower time periods at an additional cost.
